Olive green.
Light timber.
Across 74 m², the kitchen and living room share an open space, while the bedroom and dressing room have their own place. Olive kitchen fronts and wardrobes pick up the timber used in the furniture and finishes. The same palette carries from the entry into the private rooms and bathroom, giving the apartment a consistent feel.
Entry hall
An inviting entry
with fitted furniture.
The entry sets the tone before opening into the shared living space.
Design response
Light panels and full-height wardrobes meet ribbed olive fronts and a timber composition with mirror and floating console. A niche with a cushioned seat and hooks puts everyday essentials within reach.
Everyday benefit
Storage, a place to sit and a distinct material accent come together at the entrance.
Kitchen and dining
An olive kitchen
for everyday gatherings.
The kitchen and dining area open onto the living room while keeping a clear place of their own.
Design response
Light upper cabinets and olive lower fronts are paired with timber housings and integrated appliances. Pendant lights mark the dining table, while an open timber screen separates the area without closing it off.
Everyday benefit
Cooking, serving and conversation happen within one connected living space.
Living room
A bright living room
made for unwinding.
The living room continues the open kitchen and dining area, with the sofa setting its own centre.
Design response
Soft seating faces a composition of television, closed cabinets and open shelves. The olive media panel echoes the kitchen fronts, while vertical timber slats define the transition without blocking the light.
Everyday benefit
Media, storage and conversation share the room without breaking the open plan into disconnected zones.
Bedroom
A private bedroom
in soft natural tones.
The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and guest areas.
Design response
A timber headboard incorporates the bedside unit. Olive curtains and wardrobes repeat colour used elsewhere, while soft concealed light and pendant fixtures keep the bedside surfaces clear.
Everyday benefit
Storage and lighting have their place, while the calm palette sets the bedroom apart from the more active shared room.
Dressing room and storage
A separate dressing room
keeps the bedroom clear.
The apartment plan places a dedicated dressing room beside the bedroom.
Design response
The fitted system combines closed fronts, textured-glass panels and illuminated open shelves. Storage and circulation are resolved in the furniture elevations for the dressing room and corridor.
Everyday benefit
Clothes and daily essentials have a dedicated place, leaving the bedroom visually calm.
Bathroom
Olive cabinetry
against warm stone.
The bathroom has distinct vanity and bathing zones, developed in the elevations and visualizations.
Design response
An integrated basin and countertop meet ribbed olive fronts and a round mirror with perimeter lighting. Stone-textured walls and a recessed niche frame the bath; the heating plan also includes a heated towel rail.
Everyday benefit
Everyday products sit close to the vanity, while the bath has its own illuminated setting.
Guest WC
A compact room
with thoughtful storage.
The separate WC is positioned near the apartment entrance.
Design response
Wall-mounted sanitaryware, storage above the concealed cistern and a compact basin make use of the available floor area. Stone-textured finishes and olive fronts continue the bathroom palette.
Everyday benefit
The guest area has its essential functions while keeping the same visual language as the rest of the home.
Lighting and heating
Light and warmth
planned around the layout.
The album details the apartment’s lighting, electrical points and heating.
Design response
The lighting plan specifies 34 spotlights, four pendants and a profile for LED strip lighting; separate drawings show switch and outlet positions. The heating plan includes underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen, plus a heated towel rail. The lighting circuits provide a basis for scene control if smart-home automation is included during implementation.
Everyday benefit
Electrical and heating points are coordinated with the furniture, and the option to develop lighting into smart-home scenes is clear from the design stage.
Project scope
From concept to working drawings.
Olive fronts, a light base and warm timber carry from the entry through to the bathroom. An open kitchen and living room, separate bedroom and dedicated dressing room keep the 74 m² apartment clearly organized.
