A place for every
part of the day.
Within 77 m², the apartment makes room not only for an open living area and bedroom but also for storage, laundry and a guest bathroom. From the bright entrance to the private room, warm timber, light walls, soft textiles and restrained dark accents give the interior a consistent character.
Entrance
An entrance
with everything in place.
The entrance needs to hold coats and everyday belongings without obstructing the route through the apartment.
Design response
Wardrobes are fitted into the walls, while an open niche with a cushioned seat provides a place to put on shoes. Light doors and flooring keep the space open.
Everyday benefit
Order begins at the door without freestanding cabinets in the passage.
Kitchen
A clear line
for cooking.
The kitchen needs to function fully without dominating the shared room.
Design response
Tall units and lower cabinets form one continuous run. A light worktop and illuminated backsplash balance the warmer cabinet fronts.
Everyday benefit
Appliances and storage have their place, while the kitchen reads calmly from the living area.
Dining area
A table at the heart
of shared time.
Between kitchen and lounge, the apartment needs a comfortable place for meals and gatherings.
Design response
The dining table sits near the window, clear of the main route. A pendant marks the setting, while dark glazing lends depth to this part of the room.
Everyday benefit
Dining feels distinct yet stays close to the kitchen.
Living room
An open lounge
without visual clutter.
The lounge shares the main room with the kitchen and dining table.
Design response
A sofa faces a media wall with built-in niches and lighting. Dark flooring defines the seating area; light walls keep it from feeling heavy.
Everyday benefit
The lounge has a clear focus without being cut off from the rest of the apartment.
Guest bathroom
A compact bathroom
with character.
Every detail matters in a small guest bathroom.
Design response
A wall-hung toilet faces a compact basin. Warm wall panelling and a round mirror give the room character without crowding it.
Everyday benefit
The guest bathroom follows the apartment’s palette and remains practical to use.
Utility niche
Laundry behind the doors,
not on display.
Laundry appliances and supplies need a place of their own outside the living rooms.
Design response
The washer and dryer are stacked within a narrow built-in niche. Shelves keep essentials close, while fronts screen off the utility area.
Everyday benefit
Daily chores remain compact and do not disrupt the apartment’s uncluttered look.
Main bathroom
A light bathroom
for everyday comfort.
The main bathroom combines washing and showering in a compact space.
Design response
A glass screen keeps the shower visually open. A wide vanity provides storage, while an illuminated round mirror gives even light at the basin.
Everyday benefit
Light finishes and transparent glass make the room feel more generous.
Bedroom
A private room
with space to pause.
Separated from the shared room, the bedroom calls for a quieter pace.
Design response
The bed sits against an upholstered headboard framed in dark timber. An armchair by the window makes a reading spot, while fitted wardrobes preserve the circulation space.
Everyday benefit
One room accommodates sleep, storage and a quiet pause during the day.
Project scope
From concept to working drawings.
