Warm timber.
Thoughtful planning.

Across 78 m², an open living room brings lounge and music together, while the kitchen and dining area have a distinct place of their own. A separate bedroom and bathroom are complemented by fitted furniture. Dark timber, warm browns and green accents carry through the interior.

Living room

A place to unwind
and make music.

The living room combines a soft seating area with space for a digital piano and media equipment.

Design response

A timber media wall brings the screen and storage together, while the armchair and sofa frame a relaxed seating area around the coffee table. The piano is integrated into the composition rather than left in the circulation path.

Everyday benefit

The shared room supports downtime, music and everyday routines with equal ease.

Bedroom

A restful bedroom
with integrated storage.

The separate bedroom is set apart from the open living area.

Design response

Dark timber frames the upholstered headboard, while green curtains add depth to the restrained palette. Fitted wardrobes and shelves are resolved in the furniture elevations and follow the room’s lines.

Everyday benefit

Storage takes less visual space, preserving a calm and cohesive feel throughout the bedroom.

Kitchen and dining

A light-filled kitchen
with room to gather.

The kitchen and dining table form a distinct yet open zone beside the living room.

Design response

Light kitchen fronts balance the timber surfaces, while green chair upholstery echoes accents in other rooms. The table sits close to the kitchen, keeping serving convenient and circulation clear.

Everyday benefit

Cooking and shared meals have a comfortable setting without closing off the open plan.

Entry and storage

Fitted furniture
keeps circulation clear.

The entry leads into a corridor with full-height storage.

Design response

A tall fitted wardrobe organizes belongings along the corridor, while a separate niche with hooks and a cushioned seat makes arriving and leaving more convenient. Timber fronts connect the entry to the rest of the interior.

Everyday benefit

Everyday essentials have a place, keeping circulation areas visually composed.

Bathroom

A restrained bathroom
with tactile detail.

The separate bathroom is developed through plans, elevations and visualizations in the project album.

Design response

The bathtub and vanity are arranged as distinct functional zones. A stone-effect feature wall, illuminated mirror and dark fittings contrast with the light countertop and tile.

Everyday benefit

A clear layout and cohesive palette make daily routines feel considered and comfortable.

Lighting and underfloor heating

Technical details
planned with the interior.

The working album includes separate lighting, electrical and underfloor-heating plans.

Design response

The documentation includes a light-switching scheme, switch and outlet positions, and the underfloor-heating layout. These drawings coordinate service points with furniture and room functions.

Everyday benefit

Lighting, power and floor heating are considered as part of the apartment plan, not improvised after the furniture is in place.

Project scope

From concept to working drawings.

An open living room with a music area, separate bedroom, considered kitchen and dining space, and integrated storage bring cohesion to this 78 m² apartment.
