A family home.
Considered on every level.

An interior design project for a 151 m² house in Briukhovychi. Planning, light, finishes and bespoke furniture come together as one setting for family life.

A house read
as one sequence.

The project begins with the structure of the house. Shared rooms occupy the ground floor, private rooms move upstairs, and the attic level adds another usable part of the home.

Inside that structure, furniture, finishes and light keep the rooms connected. The living-kitchen is organised as one shared space, while the bedroom and child’s room receive their own pace and storage logic.

The drawings carry the same idea into detail: from room layouts and elevations to lighting, plumbing connections, ceilings, floors, doors and bespoke furniture.

Planning

Three levels.
One logic for the home.

The ground floor is open to shared life. The upper floor is private. The +5.400 attic level adds a separate functional space.

Design response

The ground floor brings together the hall, living-kitchen, bathroom, garage and stair. The upper floor is arranged around bedrooms, a child’s room, living room, bathroom and wardrobe.

Everyday benefit

The stair connects the levels, while the distribution gives shared rooms room to breathe and private rooms a quieter rhythm.

Shared space

A light base.
Precise accents.

The living-kitchen combines cooking, dining and relaxing without losing its sense of openness.

Design response

Light surfaces, timber flooring and blue-grey accents form a calm base. Kitchen, furniture and lighting are resolved in plans, elevations and working drawings.

Everyday benefit

Each zone has a clear role, while the room works as one setting for everyday life, conversation and rest.

Private rooms

A rhythm
for every resident.

The bedroom and child’s room have different atmospheres, but both are built around clear everyday needs.

Design response

The bedroom combines a timber headboard wall, soft textiles and local lighting. The child’s room includes a desk, open shelving and an individual storage composition.

Everyday benefit

The bedroom leaves room for rest, while the child’s room combines study, personal storage and space for character.

Light and bespoke furniture

Details that
work every day.

In a private house, comfort comes from decisions that feel natural in daily use.

Design response

Lighting, ceilings, flooring, doors and bespoke furniture are coordinated across the three levels. Working drawings take the furniture from the overall composition to the exact places where the family stores and uses things.

Everyday benefit

The house remains coherent from floor to floor, while every room receives its own rhythm, light and order.

Project scope

From concept to working drawings.

The completed set covers replanning, furniture, lighting, plumbing layouts, ceilings, flooring, doors, room and bathroom elevations, working furniture drawings and schedules. The project moves clearly from the house plan to the details ready for production.
