One shared room.
Space to withdraw.
The kitchen and living room occupy the largest part of the apartment, with places to sit and dine. The bedroom and study have separate rooms, and the plan also includes a dressing room. Green moves from the sofa and curtains into details in the bathroom, while the light backdrop keeps the apartment feeling open.
Living room
A green sofa anchors
the shared room.
The kitchen and living room share the apartment’s main 31 m² space.
Design response
A deep-green sofa provides colour without darkening the walls or kitchen fronts. Opposite is a low media cabinet. Mirrored and timber surfaces distinguish the lounge from the kitchen while keeping the room visually open.
Everyday benefit
There is room to talk or watch a film, with the kitchen still close at hand.
Dining area
A table for gathering
at the centre of the apartment.
The dining area sits between the kitchen and living room.
Design response
A light table and upholstered chairs create a place for meals together. A pendant brings focus to the table, while the wine cabinet is fitted into the shared room’s furniture.
Everyday benefit
The dining area extends the kitchen and invites people to linger after a meal.
Bedroom
A bedroom with soft light
and green textiles.
The separate bedroom measures 14 m² on the re-planned drawing.
Design response
A low upholstered bed sits against a finished wall. Green curtains recall the lounge, while a table lamp and local pendants bring light close to the bed in the evening.
Everyday benefit
The room is quieter than the shared area but still feels part of the same apartment.
Storage and dressing table
A bedroom without
unnecessary furniture.
The plan includes a 4.57 m² dressing room, while the bedroom renders also show fitted wardrobes.
Design response
Smooth wardrobe fronts take up one wall and leave circulation beside the bed clear. A dressing table sits by the window, with daylight for daily routines and drawers for small items.
Everyday benefit
Storage and a place to get ready are integrated into the room without adding freestanding chests.
Home study
A separate study
for work and downtime.
The study is almost 14 m² and separate from both bedroom and living room.
Design response
The desk occupies one wall, while a sofa and armchairs sit by the window. Dark timber shelving, light upholstery and green curtains continue the apartment palette.
Everyday benefit
After work, the room also offers a quiet place to read or talk.
Bathroom
A green accent
in the bathroom.
The 5.40 m² bathroom combines a bath, basin and shower.
Design response
Deep green defines the wall by the bath and the basin furniture. Light stone-patterned tile keeps the remaining surfaces quieter, and a niche places toiletries within reach of the bath.
Everyday benefit
Each area has its own shelf space and light, making the compact room practical for daily use.
Lighting and electrics
Several layers of light
for different moments.
The album documents fixtures, electrical points and a switching plan separately.
Design response
A pendant above the table and bedside fixtures complement LED lighting in the kitchen, wine cabinet, joinery and mirror. Switches and outlets follow the furniture layout. Separate lighting groups could support scene control if the owner chooses to add it later.
Everyday benefit
Work, dining and rest each have suitable light. The planned groups leave room for future control options.
Project scope
From concept to working drawings.
An open room for shared time sits alongside a separate bedroom and study. Fitted furniture, planned lighting and recurring green accents give all 71 m² a coherent feel.
