A bright apartment
with tactile character.
The layout centres everyday life around a generous living and dining area, while the bedroom and bathroom sit in a more private part of the home. Light walls and stone-like finishes balance warm timber, soft furniture forms and crisp dark details.
Living and dining
A shared room
with a warm accent.
The living room, dining area and storage are brought together in the main part of the apartment.
Design response
A timber display cabinet adds warmth and becomes a clear feature of the composition. Soft seating, light walls and restrained decor keep the centre open, while distinct furniture groupings support a natural shift from relaxing to sharing a meal.
Everyday benefit
The room works as the apartment’s versatile heart without losing its sense of space.
Bathroom
Stone and timber
in quiet balance.
The bathroom continues the apartment’s light palette while adding a more pronounced texture.
Design response
Large stone-pattern surfaces meet a timber vanity, dark fittings and a lit mirror. Recessed niches keep essentials close without crowding the counter.
Everyday benefit
Daily routines feel easier, while the material contrast gives the compact room a finished character.
Bedroom
A calm bedroom
with natural texture.
The separate bedroom sits away from the open living area in the apartment’s private zone.
Design response
A timber plane behind the bed is paired with a soft headboard and warm local light. Compact bedside surfaces and light textiles keep the atmosphere restful, without adding unnecessary layers of decoration.
Everyday benefit
The room is set up for rest while carrying the same material language as the rest of the apartment.
Child’s room
A room for learning
and play.
The child’s room combines a desk by the window, a built-in resting nook and a separate area for active play.
Design response
Light fronts meet timber shelving and blue accents. The desk and storage run along one wall, while a tent and climbing frame leave room for movement.
Everyday benefit
Study, rest and play each have a place, making the room useful through different parts of the day.
Lighting
Light for the purpose
of every zone.
Lighting and switching plans account for the open living area, bedroom and bathroom.
Design response
General light is supported by local points beside the mirror and furniture. Separate groups can shape lighting scenes for relaxation and everyday routines.
Everyday benefit
Lighting follows each room’s use and can be brought together in convenient scenes when the home is ready for smart control.
Project scope
From concept to working drawings.
The open living and dining room, child’s room, private bedroom and bathroom share a light palette, warm timber and considered storage.
