Materials in a room,
not just a catalogue.
The 171 m² Vasha Terasa showroom is planned around choosing materials. Visitors can examine samples alongside full-height finishes and discuss their use at the tables in the main hall. A meeting room, workspaces and a staff kitchen have their own places in the plan. For presentations, the hall takes on a different arrangement: chairs face a screen while the displays remain part of the setting.
Material display
See a finish
at more than one scale.
The 83 m² main hall brings together samples and larger areas of cladding, making colour and texture easier to assess.
Design response
Open shelves and vertical panels line the walls. Central tables leave a clear route between displays; dark finishes, metal and greenery keep the focus on the materials.
What it makes possible
Visitors can compare a small sample with the same kind of finish across a larger surface.
Customer consultations
Choose, compare
and talk at one table.
Material display and consultation share the main hall rather than occupying separate retail rooms.
Design response
Tables sit among the display walls. Worktops, samples and the branded wall create places for a detailed conversation while the route through the hall remains open. Furniture drawings resolve the tables and display stands.
What it makes possible
Samples can be compared side by side and checked against the wall displays during the discussion.
Presentations
The same hall,
a different setting.
The project also shows the main hall configured for presentations.
Design response
Rows of movable chairs face the screen while the material display stays nearby. Lighting and switching have their own plans. Scene-based lighting control could be developed later, but the materials do not establish any installed automation.
What it makes possible
The showroom can host both individual material selections and group presentations without a dedicated second hall.
Meeting room
A room for the
next conversation.
The plan provides a separate 16.28 m² meeting room beside the main hall.
Design response
A large table brings people and material samples together. Pendants mark its centre; timber panels and the brand sign continue the visual language of the showroom.
What it makes possible
After exploring the displays, visitors can continue a detailed conversation in a quieter room.
Team office
A dedicated place
for the team.
The team has a separate 36.66 m² office in the plan.
Design response
Desks gather in the centre of the room. A hanging green screen marks a boundary between workstations without closing the space off; dark furniture carries the showroom palette into the office.
What it makes possible
Daily work has its own setting, with open sightlines across the office.
Private office
A quieter room
for focused work.
The layout sets aside a 12.95 m² private office.
Design response
A desk sits beside the window and a sofa provides another place for a brief discussion. Brickwork and pale cabinets distinguish this room from the shared office.
What it makes possible
Focused work and a small meeting have their own space without occupying the meeting room.
Back office
Work and storage
away from the display.
The room schedule includes a separate 12.13 m² accounting office.
Design response
Tall closed cabinets and open shelves surround the desk. Pale fronts balance the dark-green wall, and the workspace remains separate from customer circulation in the hall.
What it makes possible
Documents and day-to-day administration have a dedicated place without using display floor space.
Staff kitchen
A place for a break
beyond the showroom.
The plan gives the staff kitchen 10.17 m².
Design response
Compact cabinetry gathers the sink, work surface and storage along one wall, with small tables nearby. The brand geometry appears in the finishes while pale walls distinguish the room from the dark showroom.
What it makes possible
The team can take a break in a separate room, leaving the display hall for visitors.
Project scope
From concept to working drawings.
The design package covers the layout of six rooms, visualisations, wall elevations, lighting and electrical plans, and working drawings for bespoke furniture and display stands. The main hall supports material display, consultations and presentations; separate rooms serve the team’s daily work.
