A distinctive interior. This 70 m² apartment is organised through a precise distribution of functions. Warm timber, terracotta planes and light surfaces move from the entrance through the kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathrooms. In a compact apartment, the entrance needs to solve coats, shoes and everyday belongings immediately. ### Design response Cabinetry is built into the architecture of the hall. Timber fronts, a mirror and terracotta plane work as one composition. ### Everyday benefit Storage stays out of the circulation route while creating a clear first impression. Entrance hall with timber cabinets and terracotta wall Fitted cabinets gather storage into a compact entrance composition. Wardrobe zone in the apartment Full-height fronts make use of the space from floor to ceiling. Kitchen and living room ## Warm timber. Quiet light. The shared room combines kitchen, dining and rest in a footprint where every centimetre has a role. ### Design response Timber kitchen fronts and the media composition are supported by light walls, stone textures and soft green curtains. Furniture keeps movement between the zones open. ### Everyday benefit The kitchen remains practical while the living room works as a proper place to rest. Kitchen with timber fronts and breakfast counter The kitchen combines storage, appliances and a place for a quick breakfast. Living room with media wall and green curtains Textiles and timber soften the light shared room. Bedroom and bathroom ## A private zone for restoration. The bedroom and bathroom continue the apartment’s material language with a quieter, more intimate atmosphere. ### Design response Timber, a soft headboard and fitted wardrobes create a calm bedroom background. The bathrooms use light tile, terracotta accents and precise local lighting. ### Everyday benefit The private rooms remain practical without losing the feeling of home. This 70 m² apartment needs to support different routines without visual overload. ### Design response Timber, terracotta planes and light surfaces are coordinated with underfloor heating, lighting, the kitchen, wardrobes and media unit. Plans and schedules connect the interior atmosphere to the engineering decisions. ### Everyday benefit The shared rooms stay warm and comfortable, while heating, lighting and furniture work as one everyday system.
